Festival of Calcutta
Foremost festival of Kalkotta is Kali Puja, a festival of devotion, is of great attraction to devotees. It is held in the month of September and October. In this 10 day Pooja the Goddess Durga is worshipped and on the last day mud sculptures are immigrant in the water with full devotion. Basant Utsav, Saraswati Pooja and Holi are the other festivals that are celebrated with enthusiasm.
